As a Landscape Technician at our local Walmart stores, you will oversee landscape projects and collaborate with a dedicated team to maintain the grounds year-round.

• Conduct ground maintenance activities in parking lots, exterior buildings, and surrounding areas to uphold cleanliness standards.
• Mow, trim, and prune to keep the exterior environment pristine.
• Work alongside fellow associates to manage all aspects of landscaping and exterior maintenance.
• Adhere to safety, security, and integrity protocols and ensure compliance with corporate policies and applicable laws at local, state, and federal levels.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in landscape maintenance or groundskeeping.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Valid state-issued driver's license.

• Associates Degree or similar certification in Engineering, Maintenance, Construction Management, or related field.
• Certified Facilities Manager (CFM) or third-party management experience.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or related certification.

The hourly wage range for this position is $21.00 - $39.00. The actual hourly rate will meet or exceed the applicable minimum wage. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.
