Construction Laborer in Cranberry

We are a Cranberry Twp based inground pool and hardscapes company that specializes in custom inground pool sales, installation, restorations, water features, retaining walls, and outdoor kitchens. Building swimming pools, concrete work, retaining walls, water features, and outdoor living spaces is a core part of our business. You will work with other team members in a fast‑growing small business that offers future leadership positions for long‑term employees.

Strong construction skills are required, and we are willing to teach additional trade skills. Previous swimming pool experience is a plus but not required. You must have your own transportation, be willing to take a D.O.T physical to drive certain company vehicles, and may be asked to obtain a Class A CDL (no air brakes) driver’s license if needed. Drug testing and background checks are required.

Work with other team members to build custom inground pools, hardscapes, and major pool repairs. This includes excavation and construction of the pools, building concrete retaining walls, forming and pouring concrete, waterfalls and other forms of hardscapes, and fence installation.

• Previous swimming pool building experience will be helpful.
