Plant Support Specialist
As a Plant Support Specialist, you'll play a vital role in keeping our operations running safely and efficiently. Every day brings something different as you support plant operations through equipment operation, maintenance activities, and hands-on labor tasks.
Your responsibilities include:
- Operate mobile equipment safely and efficiently, including:
- Skid Loaders
- Mini-Excavators
- Backhoes
- Telehandlers
- Water Trucks
Perform general maintenance and preventative maintenance (PM) tasks
Load, unload, lift, and move materials as needed
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Follow all company, local, state, and federal safety regulations
Assist with additional operational duties as assigned
What we're looking for:
- Experience operating mobile equipment preferred
- Strong commitment to workplace safety
- Ability to read, understand, and follow safety procedures
- Dependable, self-motivated, and team-oriented attitude
- Flexibility to work extended hours when needed
Physical & work environment requirements:
- Lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Walk, bend, stoop, climb ladders, and reach overhead
- Work at heights and in confined spaces
- Perform physical labor, including shoveling and moving materials
- Work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions including heat, cold, rain, dust, and wind
