As a Plant Support Specialist, you’ll play a vital role in keeping our operations running safely and efficiently. Every day brings something different as you support plant operations through equipment operation, maintenance activities, and hands‑on labor tasks.

Operate mobile equipment safely and efficiently, including:

• Skid Loaders
• Mini-Excavators
• Backhoes
• Telehandlers
• Water Trucks

Perform general maintenance and preventative maintenance (PM) tasks. Load, unload, lift, and move materials as needed. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Follow all company, local, state, and federal safety regulations. Assist with additional operational duties as assigned.

• Experience operating mobile equipment preferred
• Strong commitment to workplace safety
• Ability to read, understand, and follow safety procedures
• Dependable, self‑motivated, and team‑oriented attitude
• Flexibility to work extended hours when needed

This is a hands‑on position for someone who enjoys active, physical work. You’ll be expected to:

• Lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Walk, bend, stoop, climb ladders, and reach overhead
• Work at heights and in confined spaces
• Perform physical labor, including shoveling and moving materials
• Work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions including heat, cold, rain, dust, and wind
