Trades ​/ Skilled Labor Technician, Maintenance Technician ​/ Mechanic

Job Overview

Technician 1 – Preventive maintenance and repairs on a fleet of aerial work platforms, general construction tools, hydraulic/electrical equipment, large‑scale generators, pumps, HVAC, and oil/gas related equipment.

• Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and repairs on equipment to reduce downtime.
• Work with a safety‑focused team, adapting to changing priorities.
• Maintain tools of trade and equipment documentation.
• Assure compliance with company safety and environmental procedures.

• High school diploma or GED required; trade school or equivalent training desired.
• 1‑3 years of technician experience with diesel, heavy construction or specialty line equipment (generators, pumps, HVAC, oil & gas).
• Knowledge of hydraulic and electrical systems and fundamental troubleshooting.
• Ability to work flexibly in a fast‑paced environment.
• Bilingual (Spanish or other) may be required by location.
• Physical ability to bend, squat, crouch, reach, lift ≥50 lb and work indoors/outdoors.
