Carpenter Remodeler (full time)
About the RolePaul Davis seeking a full-time skilled Carpenter Remodeler to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various carpentry techniques and be proficient in residential remodeling. This role requires attention to detail, a commitment to quality craftsmanship, and the ability to work collaboratively with other tradespeople.
Responsibilities- Sales oriented person
- Construct, install, and repair structures and fixtures made of wood, plywood, metal studs, drywall, and other materials.
- Complete all aspects of general home improvements/remodels including, but not limited to, drywall, paint, tiling, install flooring (hard wood, LVP, carpet, etc.), and general carpentry.
- Fabricate custom components as needed for specific projects.
- Collaborate with project managers and other tradespeople to ensure timely completion of projects while adhering to safety standards.
- Skilled in fabricating custom components using various materials.
- Improves the community by serving others
- Ensure compliance with standards and regulations utilizing internal office systems
- 5+ years minimum experience in general carpentry
- Experienced with drywalling, tiling, painting, flooring (various materials), and other general home improvements/remodeling.
- Understanding of Maryland Residential Building Codes (IRC 2021)
- Ensure cleanliness and safety of the site
- Must be able to interact with our customers on a professional & friendly level and ensure client satisfaction at all times.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow directions
- Must take personal pride in a job well done the first time
$25.00 - $35.00 per hour
