As a Restoration Technician, your job is to clean, dry, and remediate buildings damaged by fire, water, smoke, and mold under IICRC standards. Our primary coverage area is Central Maryland and the Baltimore Metro areas.

• Clean, dry, and remediate buildings damaged by fire, water, smoke, and mold
• Perform water extraction, mold remediation, fire restoration, light demolition, and general clean-up
• Work during on‑call shifts, performing overtime, after‑hours, and weekend shifts as needed

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in water extraction, mold remediation, fire restoration, light demolition, and general clean‑up (preferred, not required)
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to stand, move, and lift consistently
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, including day, night, overnight, and overtime

• Water damage restoration: 1 year (Preferred)
• IICRC‑WRT Certification (Preferred)

• Extended hours, Monday to Friday
• Rotating on‑call, overtime, and weekend shifts as needed

• Pay range: $16.50–$20.00 per hour
