Location: Landover
Ridge Equipment Co. seeks a Wireless In-Building Technician II to serve as the on-site technical lead for in-building wireless deployments. You will direct crews, coordinate with PMs, and ensure installations meet top technical standards while remaining hands-on.
The role requires advanced RF testing, system optimization, and site surveys. Travel across the DC/MD/VA footprint is expected, and a company vehicle is provided.
