Handyman / Craftsman (W-2)

You will handle a wide range of residential tasks, including carpentry, tiling, drywall, painting, light plumbing, and electrical work. You will provide excellent customer service, communicate clearly with clients, and maintain a professional appearance. Safety and documentation skills are essential.

• Proven experience as a Handyman or Craftsman
• Home inspection or estimation experience is a plus
• Ability to perform light electrical and plumbing work
• Fluent in spoken and written English
• Own a standard set of tools
• Valid driver’s license
• Strong problem‑solving and documentation skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Pass a felony background check and drug screening
• Can lift up to 60 lbs
• Comfortable working on ladders up to 16 ft
