Laborer Position

Maryland Environmental Service has an opening for a Laborer at the Midshore II Regional Landfill in Ridgely, Maryland. This position provides general maintenance support to operation and construction activities at assigned facilities.

Estimated Pay Range: $41,321.28 - $56,805.84

Minimum Requirements:

Completion of 8th grade plus one year of warehouse, production, building maintenance, janitorial, or other general work experience OR graduation from a standard high school or possession of a state high school equivalency certificate. May require a valid driver's license with less than 5 points. No prior experience necessary.

This position is eligible for on-spot, contingent offers. Candidates who apply after an on-spot offer has been extended (including internal candidates) will not be considered unless the candidate who receives the on-spot, contingent offer does not complete the process to become an MES employee.
