Position DescriptionPCM Services is a commercial contractor in Beltsville, MD, which performs work across the DC/Baltimore metro areas and an experienced Brick Mason to join our Restoration Division. This position is responsible for performing brick and masonry restoration, repair, and preservation work on commercial, institutional, and historic structures. The ideal candidate will have experience with tuck pointing, brick replacement, façade repairs, mortar matching, and other restoration techniques while maintaining a strong focus on quality craftsmanship and safety.
Responsibilities- Perform brick replacement, masonry repairs, and restoration on existing structures.
- Remove deteriorated mortar and perform tuck pointing and repointing work.
- Match existing mortar, brick, and masonry materials to maintain the appearance and integrity of structures.
- Repair cracked, damaged, or deteriorated masonry components.
- Install and repair masonry elements including brick, block, stone, and CMU.
- Assist with façade restoration and preservation projects.
- Read and interpret drawings, specifications, and project documents.
- Safely operate masonry tools, grinders, mixers, saws, lifts, and other jobsite equipment.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment in accordance with OSHA and company standards.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors, project managers, and team members regarding project progress and jobsite conditions.

- Ability to work outdoors in varied weather conditions.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 75 pounds.

- Minimum of 3 years of masonry experience, preferably in restoration and repair work.
- Experience with tuck pointing, mortar matching, brick replacement, and façade restoration preferred.
- Knowledge of masonry materials, restoration methods, and industry best practices.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable transportation to project sites throughout the DMV region.
