Bosuns Marine - Maryland in Grasonville, MD is seeking an experienced Fiberglass & Gel Coat Technician to repair cosmetic damage on boats. 2+ years in fiberglass and gel coat work preferred; maritime experience a plus.
You will identify defects, prepare surfaces, mix gel coat, spray or brush repairs, buff and polish, estimate times, and coordinate with management. A clean, safe workspace and adherence to OSHA standards are required.
