As a Senior HVAC Service Technician, you'll diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide range of commercial HVAC and refrigeration equipment while serving as a technical resource for both customers and fellow technicians. If you’re a skilled senior tech who takes pride in doing the job right and wants to be treated like the professional you are, you’ll fit right in.

• Diagnose and repair complex mechanical, electrical, controls, and refrigeration issues on commercial HVAC systems.
• Perform routine maintenance on HVAC equipment, including filter changes, coil cleaning, lubrication, belt replacement, and refrigerant checks.
• Work with DDC and BAS systems (e.g., Trane, Johnson Controls, Honeywell) to adjust setpoints, troubleshoot alarms, and verify control sequences.
• Assist with mentoring, training, and teaching the next generation of R. Brooks service technicians.

• 5+ years of HVAC service experience
• Knowledge of HVAC/R systems and components
• Valid driver's license

Base Pay (Not Including Bonus/Spiff Pay)
