As an Experienced Residential HVAC Service Technician, you'll diagnose, repair, maintain, and service residential heating and cooling equipment while providing homeowners with honest recommendations and outstanding customer care. You'll work independently, troubleshoot a variety of HVAC systems, and help customers improve the comfort and efficiency of their homes.

• Diagnose and repair residential heating and cooling equipment
• Perform preventative maintenance and seasonal system inspections
• Troubleshoot furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and related equipment
• Replace failed components and verify proper system operation
• Clearly explain repair options and maintenance recommendations to customers
• Complete accurate service documentation
• Maintain a safe, clean, and professional work environment

• At least one year of residential HVAC service or maintenance experience
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Experience working on residential heating and cooling systems
• Professional communication and customer service abilities
• Dependable work ethic and positive attitude
• Valid driver's license with a clean, insurable driving record
• EPA certification or additional HVAC certifications are a plus
