We're looking for an experienced Night Shift Millwright to help keep our plants operating safely and efficiently. If you're a self-motivated mechanic who enjoys troubleshooting, fabrication, and repairing heavy industrial equipment, we'd love to have you on our team.

When production slows down, your work becomes even more important. You'll help ensure our equipment is ready to perform when the next shift arrives.

Your responsibilities include:

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical equipment
• Weld, fabricate, and repair piping, conveyor systems, and structural components
• Install and replace bearings, gearboxes, motors, belts, rollers, and other mechanical components
• Perform preventive maintenance and scheduled equipment inspections
• Identify potential mechanical issues before they lead to downtime
• Safely operate hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, torches, manlifts, telehandlers, and skid loaders
• Maintain clean and organized work areas
• Follow all safety policies and lockout/tagout procedures
• Work independently while communicating effectively with supervisors and production personnel

We're seeking someone who brings:

• Experience as a Millwright, Industrial Mechanic, or Mechanical Maintenance Technician
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Welding and fabrication experience
• Experience working with conveyors, bearings, gearboxes, pumps, and rotating equipment
• Ability to read measuring tools and perform precision repairs
• Experience operating heavy equipment is a plus
• Commitment to safety and quality workmanship
• Valid driver's license

Preferred Qualifications

• Welding certification
• Industrial manufacturing, quarry, or aggregate experience
• Hydraulic and pneumatic systems experience
• Rigging or crane experience

This position works in an active industrial environment both indoors and outdoors.

The ideal candidate is comfortable:

• Working overnight hours
• Working independently with minimal supervision
• Working around heavy industrial equipment
• Climbing ladders and working at elevated heights
• Lifting up to 90 pounds
• Working in varying weather conditions
• Standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and performing physically demanding work throughout the shift
