Helper - Geotechnical & Geothermal Drilling​/Fusion

We are looking for hard-working individuals to join our growing team. Opportunities available include Driller Helper for Geotechnical Drilling or Geothermal Drilling & Fusion Connection.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic understanding of safety regulations and field operations.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in outdoor environments.
• Valid driver's license + good driving record
• Willingness to work overtime
• Pass initial and random drug screens, initial agility test & DOT medical exam
• Willngness to submit for background check and MVR

Preferred Qualifications:

• CDL + good driving record
• Previous experience in geotechnical or geothermal or related field work.
• Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and environmental regulations.
• Basic mechanical skills and experience with equipment maintenance.
• OSHA 10 or 30
• Skid Steer or Mini-Excavator experience
• Ability to read and write legibly

Responsibilities:

• Support the lead driller in operating drilling machinery, including managing drill rods, pipes, and other tools.
• Monitor drilling fluid levels and assist in mixing and handling drilling muds and additives as required.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the drilling site to comply with safety and environmental regulations.
• Help collect and document geological samples and drilling data accurately for further analysis.
• Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on drilling equipment to ensure operational efficiency.
• Follow all safety protocols and participate in safety meetings and training sessions.

Compensation details: 20-25 Hourly Wage
