We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team in North East, MD. In this role, you’ll support the operation, maintenance, and optimization of cutting‑edge robotic and material handling systems within a dynamic client facility. From hands‑on repairs to performance enhancements, you’ll play a key role in keeping complex systems running safely, efficiently, and reliably.
Responsibilities- Perform regular inspections and maintenance on equipment and systems.
- Solve electrical and mechanical issues related to all MHE, conveyors, motors, photo-eyes, relays, and more.
- Install, maintain, and repair automated packaging and distribution equipment.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues and implement effective solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in maintenance or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience as a maintenance technician or similar role.
- Proficiency using computers and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.).
- Experience using powered or non-powered hand tools.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
