As a Service Plumber, you’ll perform residential repairs, replacements, and drain cleaning — all while mentoring apprentices and helping us deliver

• Perform all aspects of residential plumbing service (water heater installs/repairs, fixture replacements, drain cleaning)

• Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues quickly and accurately

• Communicate effectively with dispatch, managers, and customers

• Keep truck inventory stocked and organized

• Complete paperwork and process payments accurately

• Mentor apprentices and support team development

• Occasionally participate in on-call rotation

• Maintain a clean, professional appearance and deliver excellent customer service

• Experience:2+ years residential plumbing service & repair (diagnosing/troubleshooting)

• Skills: Drain cleaning, leak detection/repair (preferred), fixture and water heater replacement, propane experience

• Mindset:Detail-oriented, customer-focused, and results-driven

• Physical Ability:Able to work in hot/cold/wet conditions and lift/move equipment as needed

• Tech-Friendly:Experience with Service Titan a plus

• Requirements:Valid driver’s license with clean driving record, background check, and drug screen
