Full Time Glen Arm, MD, US

Salary Range: $21.50 To $32.45 Hourly

• Complete scheduled facilities and equipment preventative maintenance.
• Complete basic building repairs such as electrical, plumbing, dry wall and painting.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment such as forklifts, air compressors, lift tables, motors, sanders, grinders and drill presses.
• Perform routine maintenance such as sweeping, cleaning, replacing light bulbs and emptying shop trash.
• Read and interpret equipment manuals to facilitate operations and maintenance.
• Complete daily, weekly and monthly functional evaluations and safety checklists.

• Knowledge of mechanical maintenance procedures for various equipment.
• Knowledgeable in the operation of forklift, scissor lift, boom lift or cranes.
• Ability to troubleshoot basic electromechanical equipment.
• Knowledge of basic plumbing and electric .
• Knowledge of basic air compressors.
• Ability to provide and use basic hand tools.
• Ability to work at heights of 40 feet or more.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.
• Ability to effectively communicate with leadership and functional departments.
• Ability to work independently and effectively manage projects and tasking.
