Hybrid Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner – W2

Sign-on Bonus up to $10,000.We are seeking a full-time Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to joinour interdisciplinary team in Frederick, Maryland. This role focuses on delivering high-quality, integrated psychiatric care to children, adolescents,and young adults through a collaborative, mission-driven model.

• 40 hours per week
• 15 hours required during after-school hours (after 4 PM or weekends)
• Hybrid: up to 3 days onsiteweekly

• Minimum 10 clinical hoursonsite
• Up to 7 clinical hoursconducted remotely
• Administrative hours completed remotely
• Flexible scheduling aligned with patient needs
• Minimum 10 hours during peak“after-school” times (after 4 PM ET weekdays and/or weekends)

• Base Salary: $135,000 -$145,000
• Total Earning Potential:
  Upto $175,000+ annually
• Additional earnings of $100per clinical hour beyond base caseload

• Master’s degree from an accredited nursing program
• Board certification as aPMHNP (PMHNP-BC)
• Minimum of 1 year of independent psychiatric experience under licensure
• Active Maryland PMHNP/APRNlicense
• DEA registration and stateprescriptive authority
• Ability to work onsite forat least 10 clinical hours per week
• Flexibility to work during after-school hours (after 4 PM ET and/or weekends)
• Access to reliabletechnology (personal computer, phone, and high-speed internet)
