Choctaw Global seeks a TAP Transition Counselor to support service members at Ft Gordon as they prepare for civilian life. In this on-site role, you will provide individualized transition and career counseling, conduct assessments, and develop tailored transition plans. You'll facilitate TAP workshops covering career exploration, job search skills, resume writing, and interviewing. The counselor maintains accurate case records, coordinates referrals to education and training resources, and collaborates with installation staff.
