Catholic Charities of Baltimore is seeking a Behavioral Specialist to provide crisis support and proactive assistance to youth in residential care cent’s Villa. The role emphasizes safety, trauma-informed care, and adherence to ICMPs and program policies. Shifts run 6:30 a.m.–2:30 p.m.
and 2:00 p.m.–10:00 p.m. on a rotating 4-week schedule, including some weekends. Requires a high school diploma and 4 years’ experience with children; TCI and CARE training are provided after hire.
