Total Care Services, Inc. is hiring a Coordinator of Community Services (CCS) to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD/DD) in accessing services, resources, and community-based support.

Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or a related field
- Degree must already be obtained
- 2+ years of case management experience
- OR
- 2+ years of experience working with the IDD/DD population
- Must live in Maryland
- Must have:
- Reliable transportation
- Valid driver’s license
- Active car insurance
- A completed degree in Human Services or a related field
- Experience supporting individuals with IDD/DD
- A passion for helping people live fuller, more independent lives
