About the Role

Amatus Health is a leading rehabilitative behavioral health facility dedicated to providing treatment for those suffering from addiction. As our Alumni Director, you will play a vital role in supporting sustained recovery and building a strong, engaged alumni community.

Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and oversee a comprehensive alumni program to support client's post-treatment
  • Maintain consistent communication with alumni through calls, texts, emails, and social platforms
  • Plan and facilitate alumni events, meetings, and community outreach initiatives
  • Build partnerships with community organizations, recovery groups, and referral sources
  • Track alumni engagement, outcomes, and program effectiveness using CRM systems
  • Provide mentorship and support to alumni, encouraging continued recovery and involvement
  • Collaborate with clinical and admissions teams to ensure a seamless continuum of care
  • Assist in crisis intervention and provide appropriate resources/referrals when needed
  • Travel throughout Maryland to attend events, meetings, and support alumni engagement
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Health, Social Work, Communications, or related field preferred
  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in substance use disorder treatment or alumni services
  • Strong understanding of addiction, recovery, and community resources
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to build rapport and maintain meaningful relationships
  • Experience with event planning and program development is a plus
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within Maryland
