Software Engineer, Workflow Awareness

Make an Impact Where It Matters Most

Join a team building software that helps analysts keep pace with complex mission activity. These capabilities support content and traffic triage, language analysis, workflow collaboration, transcription and sourcing services, and the tracking of workflow history across analysts, teams, and organizations. This work is all about continuity and awareness, helping users see where data has been, what state it is in now, what changed along the way, and what actions are already in motion.

It is a strong fit for an engineer who likes building practical software with a clear user purpose and direct mission value.

What Makes This Opportunity Stand Out

Workflows. You will work on capabilities that capture, store, and surface movement, history, priority, and status across mission records people rely on every day. The value of the work is easy to see. Better visibility. Better continuity. Better decisions.

At Intelliforce, you are not disappearing behind a labor category. Your work is visible, leadership is accessible, and the mission stays close. Because we support prime programs, our teams stay connected to meaningful mission efforts with strong visibility and momentum. Because we are a small business, your contributions are seen, your voice matters, and the hiring process moves with purpose. Add in strong benefits and long-term contract stability, and this becomes more than another software role.

It is software work tied to active mission use and real outcomes.
