CNO Analyst​/Programmer ; CCAs Security Clearance

Responsibilities

• Develop Windows applications using Visual Studio or .NET environments;
• UNIX applications using make files or comparable build environments;
• Embedded or mobile platform development using proprietary, GOTS, or open source build environments;
• Provide/author documentation and participate in design, code, and software readiness reviews as prescribed by the Government’s software development procedures and processes.
• Design and develop end-to-end data flow and tasking for CNO tools developed.
• Provide/author and participate in technical presentations on assigned projects.

• United States citizenship required; position requires appropriate security clearance, e.g., Active TS/SCI with agency appropriate polygraph.
• 2 years of experience with a master’s degree.
• 4 years of experience with a bachelor’s degree.
• 8 years of additional experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., computer science, information systems, or network engineering).

• Programming in Assembly, C, C++, Java, Perl, or Python.
• Programming with CNO tools and techniques; network sockets programming including developing packet-level programs and expert packet-level understanding of IP, TCP, and application-level protocols.
• Software development in one (1) or more of the following:
  Windows application using Visual Studio or .NET environments OR Unix/Linux applications using make files or comparable build environments.

• Eligible for a $5,000 bonus.
