Position: Mid-Level Java Full-Stack Engineer [$243k/yr+] TS/SCI-FS Poly with Security Clearance
Location: Annapolis Junction

Candidates must already possess an active Top Secret/SCI w/ Full Scope Polygraph to be considered.

• Develop, maintain, and enhance complex software systems.
• Responsibilities include software design, coding, debugging, integration, testing, and requirements analysis.
• Requires expertise in Java, Angular, Elasticsearch, Gitlab, Docker, and Kubernetes.

• Total Compensation: $243k+ yearly

Job Description:

• Develop, maintain, and enhance complex and diverse software systems based on documented requirements.
• Analyze user requirements to derive software design and performance requirements.
• Design, code, debug, and modify new or existing software to add features, correct defects, or improve performance.
• Integrate existing software into new or modified systems or operating environments.
• Develop simple data queries and design/implement complex database or data repository interfaces.
• Develop or implement algorithms to meet or exceed system performance and functional standards.
• Assist with developing and executing test procedures for software components and review software for adherence to design.
• Provide specific input to software components of system design, including hardware/software trade-offs and requirements analysis.
• Utilize expertise in Java, Angular, Elasticsearch, Gitlab, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Apply skills in Software Testing, Dataflow, Requirements Analysis, Mathematics, Algorithm Development, Software Development, Software Architecture, Systems Engineering, Integration and Test (I&T), Database Engineering, Communications/Technical Writing, and Technical Team Leadership.
• Serve as team lead at the level appropriate to the software development process.
