CACI has an outstanding opportunity for a skilled Full Stack Developer with expertise in Angular for web-based applications for the HighVIEW framework. You will have a strong background in both front-end and back-end development, with a focus on creating robust, scalable, and maintainable software solutions.
HighVIEW is CACI’s commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) product designed for Enterprise Content Management. HighVIEW is provided as a software development framework for use by application developers and integrators in constructing specialized content management systems as well as other forms of information management systems based on a rich set of foundational product capabilities that have been leveraged successfully within a diverse set of federal government organizations.

Responsibilities:
Angular Development:
Design, develop, and maintain custom Angular web applications using the latest versions of Angular Implement responsive and intuitive user interfaces using Angular components and services.
Optimize application performance and ensure cross-browser compatibility.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of development Development:
Develop and maintain the HighVIEW framework using .NET and C#.Create and implement robust back-end services and APIs.Ensure the integration of front-end and back-end components for seamless application functionality.
Optimize application performance and ensure scalability.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of development practices.
Testing and Deployment:
Develop and execute unit, component, and integration tests to ensure code quality and reliability.
Actively participate in release and sprint planning, artifact creation, sprint testing, regression testing, demonstrations and retrospectives and solution releases
Qualifications:
Required:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related discipline
At least five (5) years of related technical experience, with software design, development, and implementation in a Windows environment, that should include Java script, Angular Material UI components and WCF RESTful Web Services (C# .NET) or equivalent REST technologies
Demonstrated skill with HTML, CSS,Development Process and Tools such as Angular (v20 or higher) Single Page Web Applications using node.js and Type Script Experience with SQL or PL/SQL Oracle Familiarity with the Atlassian Suite (JIRA, Confluence)
Proficiency in version control tools (e.g. SVN, Git)
Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools (e.g. Git Lab) and CI/CD pipelines and automation
Understanding of all elements of the software development life cycle, including planning, development, requirements management, CM, quality assurance, and release management.
Willing to work a hybrid schedule with on-site in Hanover, MDWilling to travel to other DC metro locations as needed
Willing and able to get a Top Secret Security Clearance Desired:
Candidates with Top Secret clearance are highly desired
Experience working with the end users gathering requirements that help to understand how the application and its information will be used.
Strong problem solving and analytical skills
Experience implementing AI technologies
Experience developing 508 compliant web applications
Proactive approach to identifying and addressing application performance issues
