Support the ONELOUDER program to modernize a legacy operational system using microservices architecture and cloud technologies. Design, develop, and deliver Java Spring Boot-based microservices on AWS, build REST services, and implement CI/CD pipelines within a classified, on-site environment.

Responsibilities

Deliver software in an Agile environment using sprints, continuous delivery, and incremental releases
Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to define requirements and refine user stories
Design, develop, and deploy Java Spring Boot microservices using AWS native services
Build REST APIs capable of handling complex data filtering and selection
Design and implement scalable microservices architecture for legacy modernization
Integrate microservices with No

SQL and Mongo

DB databases using proper schema design
Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using Maven, Git Lab, and Git Ops workflows
Build and maintain containerized deployments with Kubernetes and Docker
Automate build, test, and deployment processes
Manage version control and branching strategies in Git Lab
Implement OAuth/OIDC authentication and authorization
Follow secure coding practices aligned with classified environments
Support security reviews and coordinate deployments within SCIF environments
Develop automated test frameworks using Playwright and Cucumber
Perform unit, integration, and regression testing
Validate data integrity and troubleshoot defects, performance issues, and integration failures
Participate in sprint planning, retrospectives, and continuous improvement efforts

Requirements

Active TS/SCI clearance with Full Scope Polygraph and Counterintelligence investigation (within last 5 years)
Bachelor’s degree with 9+ years of experience or Master’s degree with 7+ years of experience in DoD/IC environments
Experience with Agile development in DoD/IC programs
Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, or Python
Strong experience with microservices architecture
Experience with AWS cloud-native development
Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (Git Lab, Maven, Git Ops)
Experience with Kubernetes and Docker containerization
Experience with No

DB query and schema design
Knowledge of OAuth/OIDC implementation
Experience developing REST APIs using Spring
