DescriptionTutor Perini is seeking an early‑to‑mid career AI Solutions Architect to join our Data, AI, and Reporting Technologies (DART) team. This role focuses on designing and deploying AI‑driven solutions
, including intelligent agents, predictive analytics models, and conversational chatbots
, to enhance automation and decision‑making across the enterprise.
You will work closely with data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders to ensure AI solutions are ethical, explainable, and aligned with Tutor Perini’s governance and compliance standards
.
- Agent Development:
Build and deploy AI‑powered agents that automate workflows and improve operational efficiency. - Predictive Analytics:
Design and implement machine learning models that forecast project performance, resource needs, and risk factors. - Conversational AI:
Develop and maintain chatbots and virtual assistants to streamline communication and support self‑service analytics. - AI Governance:
Ensure all models comply with Tutor Perini’s AI Acceptable Use Policy, including bias detection, explainability, and human oversight. - 3rd‑Party AI Tools:
Investigate and evaluate new 3rd‑party AI solutions for integration into Tutor Perini’s AI architecture. - Integration:
Collaborate with data engineers to integrate AI models into Microsoft Fabric pipelines and enterprise systems. - Continuous Improvement:
Monitor model performance, retrain as needed, and optimize for scalability and accuracy.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in AI development and deployment.
- Strong problem‑solving and stakeholder communication skills.
- Hands‑on experience with machine learning frameworks with an emphasis on applying pre‑trained models and foundational models in practical settings.
- Proficiency in Python for AI development and automation.
- Familiarity with LLM‑based solutions and Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG).
- Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, and other Microsoft AI integrations.
- Experience with API integration and deploying AI models into production environments.
- Understanding of data governance and ethical AI principles.
- Understanding of Project Management and development pipelines.
- Experience with Microsoft Fabric, Azure Machine Learning, and Power Platform AI tools, including advanced capabilities such as Copilot Studio, Copilot for Microsoft Fabric, and Azure AI services.
- Knowledge of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and chatbot frameworks.
- Certifications:
Microsoft AI Engineer Associate (AI‑102) or equivalent (preferred, not required).
- Build AI solutions that transform billion‑dollar infrastructure projects.
- Work on cutting‑edge technologies in automation, predictive analytics, and conversational AI.
- Be part of a strategic initiative driving AI readiness, governance, and innovation.
- Collaborate with a passionate team focused on responsible and impactful AI.
