We're hiring Software Engineers ranging from entry-level through senior/principal-level professionals to support a diverse portfolio of mission-focused software development efforts across the Intelligence Community. Our teams are building everything from AI/ML-driven analytics and cloud-native applications to large-scale data processing platforms, enterprise services, and high-performance computing solutions.

No two opportunities are exactly alike. Our software engineering teams support a wide range of technologies, missions, and customer environments, giving engineers the opportunity to apply their expertise while continuing to grow their technical skills.

Depending on your background and interests, you may have the opportunity to:

  • Design and develop backend applications using Java, Python, C++, or Go
  • Build cloud-native applications using AWS, Kubernetes, and Docker
  • Develop AI/ML and advanced data analytics capabilities
  • Work with high-performance computing (HPC) environments and GPU-enabled applications
  • Create scalable microservices and REST APIs
  • Develop full-stack applications using modern web technologies
  • Support large-scale distributed systems, data pipelines, and enterprise platforms
  • Modernize legacy applications and migrate capabilities to cloud environments
  • Collaborate with systems engineers, architects, testers, and mission stakeholders in Agile environments

Our Software Engineers solve complex technical challenges using modern technologies while supporting critical national security missions.

Positions require an active TS/SCI with polygraph level clearance. US citizenship is required.

Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain mission-critical software applications
  • Analyze user and system requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions
  • Troubleshoot, debug, optimize, and enhance existing software systems

    Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from design through deployment and sustainment
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation
  • Perform code reviews and support software integration and testing
  • Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to deliver high-quality solutions
  • Follow Agile software development methodologies and engineering best practices
Desired Qualifications

Experience with one or more of the following technologies:

  • Java, Python, C++, or Go
  • Spring Boot
  • REST APIs and microservices
  • AWS cloud services
  • Kubernetes and Docker
  • Terraform or other Infrastructure as Code tools
  • SQL and No

    SQL databases
  • Elastics each/Open Search
  • Git
  • Linux
  • CI/CD pipelines
  • Distributed systems
  • AI/ML technologies
  • Big data frameworks
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting Intelligence Community or DoD customers
  • Experience with high-performance computing (HPC)
  • Experience designing cloud-native applications
  • Familiarity with Dev Sec Ops  principles and automation
  • Experience working in containerized environments

The pay range for this position is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Our approach to crafting offers considers various factors to provide an equitable and competitive comprehensive compensation package. These considerations include, but are not limited to, contracted rates, education, certification(s), experience, specific competencies required for this position, and geographic location.
