Software Tester L1 - TS​/SCI Poly Security Clearance

Position: Software Tester L1 - TS/SCI with Poly required with Security Clearance
Location: Annapolis Junction

Test Engineer Level 1 We are seeking a Test Engineer Level 1 to support the testing and validation of mission-critical geospatial applications and Java microservices within the Intelligence Community. The ideal candidate will have experience with automated and manual testing, Python, and software quality assurance. Required Responsibilities
* Develop test strategies, test plans, and test cases
* Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts
* Perform manual, regression, and performance testing
* Identify, document, and track software defects
* Collaborate with developers to ensure software quality
* Create and maintain test documentation
* Support continuous improvement of testing processes

Required Qualifications
* Active TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph
* 2+ years of Test Engineering experience supporting programs of similar scope and complexity
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (four additional years of Test Engineer experience may be substituted for the degree)
* Strong Python programming experience for test automation, framework development, and CI/CD integration
* Ability to mentor junior Test Engineers Desired Skills
* Experience testing geospatial applications, Java microservices, and RESTful APIs
* Test automation with Selenium, JUnit, or similar frameworks
* Performance testing using JMeter, Gatling, or similar tools
* Knowledge of geospatial analysis and visualization
* Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices
* Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills
* Ability to work independently and take ownership of testing efforts
