Software Engineer L1 (Frontend/Web – React/Vue) | Mission-Focused Program

Job Description:

We are seeking a Software Engineer (TS/SCI Cleared) with a focus on modern web development to support a mission-critical program within the Intelligence Community. This role centers on building responsive, data-driven user interfaces and integrating with backend services in a secure, containerized environment. You’ll work alongside a strong engineering team delivering impactful capabilities to end users in real-time operational settings.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and maintain modern web applications using React or VueJS
* Integrate frontend components with backend services via REST APIs
* Contribute to backend services using Node.js and/or Python as needed
* Collaborate in Agile teams to deliver scalable, maintainable solutions
* Support deployment and testing in containerized environments
* Assist with performance optimization and UI/UX improvements

Required Qualifications:

* Active TS/SCI clearance (or higher)
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
* 7+ years of software engineering experience
* Strong experience with:
* React or VueJS
* JavaScript/Type Script fundamentals
* RESTful API integration
* Experience with Node.js and/or Python

Preferred Qualifications:

* Exposure to containerization tools (Docker, Buildx)
* Basic Kubernetes knowledge (kubectl commands, deployments, debugging)
* Familiarity with:
* MongoDB, Elasticsearch
* Web Sockets or real-time data streaming
* gRPC-based service communication
