Mid-Level Systems Developer

ACTIVE SECURITY CLEARANCE AT THE TS/SCI POLYGRAPH LEVEL IS REQUIRED

We are looking for a motivated Software Engineer (Level
1) to join our dynamic development team in Annapolis Junction, MD. In this role, you will work across the full software development lifecycle—designing, coding, testing, and maintaining diverse software systems ranging from processing-intensive analytics and novel algorithms to large-scale data repositories and event-driven architectures. Whether you’re debugging existing codebases, implementing continuous integration pipelines, or leveraging modern containerization tools, you will collaborate closely with system engineers, project leads, and end-users to craft reliable, high-performance solutions.

The annual base salary range for this role is $199,000-$235,000 (USD) , which does not include discretionary bonus compensation or our comprehensive benefits package. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things.
