Job Description Modernizing a legacy operational system using a microservices-based architecture and cutting-edge technologies. The Microservices Developer will be responsible for:
• Writing java spring boot based micro service applications utilizing AWS native technologies
• Utilize Python to optimize AWS services such as Lambdas, Step Functions, EC2 and S3
• Building REST services with Spring able to filter and select complex data objects
• Implement CI/CD principles utilizing Maven, Gitlab and Git Ops
• Agile development and delivery of software
• Communication and collaboration:
Software Development is a team-oriented discipline. Engineers need to be able to communicate and collaborate effectively with other team members, as well as with stakeholders. Basic Qualifications
- Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education - 9 years of relevant experience or a Master's degree plus 7 years of relevant experience.

- An active Top Secret clearance with CI polygraph within the last 5 years.

- Python - CI/CD Tools: AWS tools, Maven, Gitlab & Git Ops;
Kubernetes, docker
- Development in Cloud Environment

- Experience with Rules Engines Desired Skills - AWS Services (i.e. Lambda's, Step functions, S3, etc.) - Document-based stored (MongoDB, Open Search, etc.) - Relational Data Store Familiarity ( RDS, PostgreSQL, Oracle, etc.) - Cucumber Testing Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range: $135700.00 - $251900.00 At Lockheed Martin, we know mission success starts with taking care of our people.
