Summary:
Lead software engineering teams in the architecture, implementation, and enhancement of complex software systems. Oversee advanced algorithm development, large-scale data manipulation, and high-performance processing analytics. Guide software lifecycle processes, perform system requirements synthesis, and uphold rigorous quality control standards.

Job Description:
Serve as the technical lead for multiple software development teams, delegating tasks and monitoring execution. Develop, maintain, and enhance complex software applications, real-time systems, and business management information systems. Evaluate system architecture, including hardware/software trade-offs and COTS/GOTS integration versus custom development. Recommend modern technologies, frameworks, and engineering processes for complex software initiatives. Review, test, and validate software components to ensure strict adherence to design requirements and resolve problem reports.
Direct software quality assurance practices across all development life cycles.
