Archbishop Spalding High School, located in Severn, Maryland, is seeking a qualified full-time Varsity Football Coach for the 2026–2027 school year. The High School Coach is responsible for overseeing the athletic programs, working with students of all ages and abilities to help them develop healthy habits, build teamwork skills, and improve their physical fitness. In addition, they will develop practice schedules, plan training regimens, and provide individualized instruction to athletes as they strive to reach their full potential.
Essential Functions
- Create and execute instructional practice plans.
- Execute strength and conditioning plans.
- Develop student‑athlete competence and confidence.
- Enforce team policies, beliefs, philosophies in sportsmanship, integrity, accountability, and perseverance.
- Perform administrative work: managing and tracking rosters, tournament registrations, monitoring attendance, confirming transportation, inventory management, and web‑site management.

Range: $50,000, Annualized
