The Lacrosse Program Leader will drive the development and growth of all lacrosse programming at Crown.

POSITION SUMMARYThe Lacrosse Program Leader owns the planning, execution, and growth of Crown's lacrosse programming, including leagues, clinics, tournaments, camps, and skill development programs.
This is not simply a coaching role - it is a leadership and growth position.
You will be responsible for growing participation, strengthening partnerships, and ensuring a consistent, professional experience.
WHAT YOU WILL OWN Program Development & Expansion- Plan and execute youth and adult lacrosse leagues and clinics
- Identify new program opportunities (seasonal leagues, specialty training, tournaments)
- Track enrollment and participation data
- Collaborate with marketing on outreach efforts
- Build relationships with local clubs and schools
- Oversee scheduling and event execution
- Ensure sessions run efficiently and professionally
- Coordinate staff and volunteers
- Maintain equipment and inventory
- Recruit and develop quality coaches
- Maintain Crown standards across all programming
- Model professionalism and organization
- Communicate clearly with families and athletes
- Address concerns promptly
- Have a strong lacrosse background (playing and/or coaching)
- Are entrepreneurial and growth-minded
- Enjoy building programs from the ground up
- Are organized and detail-driven
- Thrive in leadership roles
- Experience coaching or leading lacrosse programming
- Experience organizing leagues or tournaments preferred
- Willingness to work evenings and weekends
- CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to obtain)
Lacrosse continues to grow regionally, and Crown is positioned to become a central hub for development and competition.
This role will play a direct part in building that growth.
Performance and program expansion may lead to increased hours and expanded leadership opportunities.
