, a premier motorcoach company, is looking for a passionate and skilled Charter Bus Operators to help us maintain our high standards of excellence at our Accokeek, MD location. As a Charter Bus Operator, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety, comfort, and satisfaction of our passengers.

We have expanded our locations to include Charlotte, NC, Philadelphia, PA, Long Island, NY, and a new location in Richmond, VA. You will drive our passengers to their destination, that may include breathtaking national parks and beautiful skylines. Drive our state-of-the-art motorcoaches, while ensuring a safe and smooth ride for your passengers and for you. • Safely operate motorcoaches on assigned charter routes and schedules.
• Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle.
• Provide information and assistance to passengers as needed.
• Ensure a pleasant and comfortable travel experience for all passengers.
• Maintain the cleanliness and operational readiness of the motorcoach.
• Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies.
• Report any vehicle maintenance needs or incidents to the maintenance team.

• Valid CDL (Commercial Driver’s License) with passenger endorsement (P) and airbrake endorsement.
• Minimum of 2 years of motorcoach or similar large vehicle driving experience.
• Clean driving record.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to handle long hours and flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
• Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude.
