3rd Shift - Sun to Tue alternating every other Wednesday.

3rd Shift - Thu to Sat alternating every other Wednesday.

As the Dispatcher/Supervisor, you will lead, manage, and develop relationships with CDL A drivers to increase driver satisfaction, safety, and retention. The role works closely with other departments to meet customer, driver, and company objectives and safety initiatives.

• Manage a staff of DOT CDL A drivers to ensure high delivery of customer service and fleet profitability.
• Responsible for daily planning of equipment and drivers while ensuring high utilization.
• Coordinate assignment of loads and equipment.
• Assist with driver compliance for safety and training.
• Complete daily activity reports.
• Manage appointment and equipment issues.
• Communicate with receivers at delivery locations as needed.
• Provide support for management personnel.

• Previous DOT transportation dispatch experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
• Experience prioritizing projects.
• Possess customer service related experience.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Must have strong MS Office experience.
• Must be willing to work nights and some weekends.
