Dispatcher/Driver Supervisor (CDL Drivers)

3rd Shift – Sun to Tue alternating every other Wednesday.

3rd Shift – Thu to Sat alternating every other Wednesday.

• Lead, manage and develop relationships with CDL A drivers to increase driver satisfaction.
• Work closely with other departments to meet customer, driver, and company objectives and safety initiatives.
• Manage a staff of DOT CDL A drivers to ensure high delivery of customer service and fleet profitability.
• Plan daily equipment and driver utilization.
• Coordinate assignment of loads and equipment.
• Assist with driver compliance for safety and training.
• Complete daily activity reports.
• Manage appointment and equipment issues.
• Communicate with receivers at delivery locations as needed.
• Provide support for management personnel.
