The Petroleum Delivery Driver position requires an individual to safely drive a propane delivery vehicle to customer locations. This position also requires someone with a positive and enthusiastic attitude toward Safety, Sales, Customer Service and Employee Teamwork. Making deliveries in all types of weather and conditions. Overtime is possible in the heating season. This SEASONAL position runs approximately 6 months each year, from October through March.

• Responsible for achieving delivery objectives set forth by the local District Manager.
• Inspect vehicle daily and report any problems in accordance with company policy and DOT regulations.
• Safely drive a propane delivery vehicle to customer locations.
• Maintain a positive and enthusiastic attitude toward Safety, Sales, Customer Service and Employee Teamwork.
• Prior gas delivery experience helpful.
• CDL Hazmat, tanker, and air brakes endorsements required.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather and driving conditions.
• Communicate clearly and effectively with customers.

• Safe operation of equipment and compliance with DOT and company safety regulations.

• Pass pre‑employment DOT physical, drug test, and Homeland Security Background Check.
• Good interpersonal skills and willingness to take direction from the plant manager.
• Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with a Hazmat endorsement and Tanker endorsement.
• Minimum 2‑year CDL license.
• Employees must be capable of frequently lifting 50 pounds.

Driving a company vehicle in the field, entering customers’ homes and/or places of business. Requires an excellent and positive attitude toward the customer. Working in hot attics or cold places. Exposure to small working spaces, fumes, moving mechanical parts, and vibration. Exposure to various extreme weather conditions.

Under general supervision, this position is responsible for propane delivery to customer locations in an efficient, punctual, and safe manner while maintaining and improving customer satisfaction. Requires a CDL license with hazmat and tank endorsements, high school diploma, at least two years of work‑related experience, and physical demands that include regular lifting of 60 pounds.

• Load, secure, transport, deliver, and unload propane to and from specified destinations.
• Inspect vehicle and notify supervisor of needed equipment, supplies, or routine maintenance.
• Prepare and maintain records in accordance with regulations and company procedures.
• Operate truck in accordance with established safety procedures.
• Engage in daily interaction with customers, providing exceptional customer service.
• Assist with sales initiatives.
• Perform responsibilities in on‑call rotation for after hours and weekend emergency deliveries or responses.
• Ensure DOT requirements are met at all times.
• Perform other duties as assigned, including yard and plant maintenance or dock work.
• Pass pre‑employment DOT physical, drug test, and Homeland Security Background Check.
• Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with Hazmat endorsement and Tanker endorsement.
• Capable of frequently lifting cylinders weighing 40–50 pounds.
