Serra Shuttle Driver

We are looking for a responsible and dedicated school shuttle driver to join our team and ensure the safe and timely transportation of students to and from school. If you have a valid driver’s license, enjoy working with children, and take pride in safety and reliability, we encourage you to apply.

• Safely operate a school van to transport students between the school and train station
• Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations
• Ensure students’ safety while entering, riding, and exiting the vehicle
• Maintain a clean and well-functioning shuttle by performing routine checks and reporting any maintenance needs
• Develop positive relationships with students, parents, and school staff to create a welcoming environment
• Follow assigned routes and schedules, adjusting as necessary for traffic or road conditions
• Assist young children and students with special needs as required
• Keep accurate records of trips, mileage, and maintenance logs

• Proven experience in driving larger passenger vehicles (preferred)
• Clean driving record with no history of major violations
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Friendly, patient, and professional demeanor
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to student safety

• Hours of operation:
  Approx7:15 a.m. and1:30 p.m.
  
  -3:30 p.m.
• A.M. and P.M. shifts available; approx2 hours each
