CDL Bus Driver - BWI Airport

Job Summary

Bus Driver – Baltimore, MD (BWI Airport). Responsible for the safe and comfortable transportation of passengers, maintaining high standards of professionalism and customer service.

• Execute safe operations by following designated routes and schedules while adhering to safety protocols and traffic regulations.
• Provide exceptional passenger care, ensuring smooth boarding, comfortable rides, and timely disembarkation.
• Perform comprehensive pre‑trip and post‑trip vehicle inspections, report maintenance issues, and maintain cleanliness and safety equipment.
• Uphold company policies, including seat belt enforcement, emergency response preparedness, and regulatory compliance.
• Perform additional duties as required.

• 21 years or older.
• Valid CDL Class A or B with passenger and airbrake endorsement.
• Minimum 3 years of driving experience (personal or professional).
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work shifts or flexible schedules as needed.
• Subject to DOT drug testing and physical examination when applicable.

• Work outside in varying temperatures, weather, and humidity; 100% of the role is performed outdoors, often alone and in remote locations.
• Sit for extended periods (up to 6–8 hours per day) and walk long distances on uneven or slippery surfaces.
• Push/pull and lift objects up to 50 pounds.
• Occasionally bend, kneel, or crouch to access equipment at ground level.
• Endure heavy traffic conditions and exposure to dust, vehicle fumes, and noise.

• Starting pay: $26.00 per hour.
• Vacation: up to 14 days per year.
• Paid sick leave: 8 hours/month for full‑time; 5 hours/month for part‑time.
