Wismettac is looking for a professional, safety-minded CDL Driver to be the face of our company. You aren't just moving freight; you're building relationships and ensuring our high-quality products reach our customers safely and on time.
Location:
Hanover, MD
Pay: $29.00/hr + OT after 40 paid bi-weekly
Eligible for Quarterly Driver incentive and $50/per day per diem on nights out (staying in hotel)
Shift: Full-time Monday–Friday

The Role:
You will operate heavy-duty delivery trucks (avg 26,000 lbs), managing established routes and providing top-tier service to our clients.
- Efficient Delivery:
Navigate routes safely in various weather and traffic conditions. - Customer Connection:
Deliver products, and maintain positive client relationships. - Precision & Safety:
Conduct thorough pre/post-trip inspections and maintain electronic logs (E-logs). - Hands-on Logistics:
Load and unload merchandise (up to 50 lbs) and assist in warehouse operation when needed.
What you need:
- The License:
Valid CDL with a solid driving record. - The Physical:
Ability to handle strenuous physical work, including lifting, pulling, pushing 50+ lbs and maneuvering in/out of the cab. - The Mindset:
Knowledge of DOT regulations and a "safety-first" attitude. - The Flexibility:
Willingness to work early mornings, evenings, or occasional weekends to beat the traffic and meet customer needs. - The Tech:
Comfortable using tablets for E-logs and reporting.
