We are looking to hire a long‑term full‑time Septic/Grease Trap Pump Truck Driver. Driver must have a clean driving record, Class A/B CDL, valid DOT medical card, and provide exceptional customer service to our clients. A tanker endorsement is required, and the driver must be able to operate a manual transmission. Random drug screening is required.

• Locate and uncover grease traps in various areas.
• Diagnose any problems with the traps.
• Pump grease out of the traps.
• Ensure traps are fully operational after service.
• Empty customers' wastewater containers using a company vehicle by pumping contents into a tanker.
• Ensure cleanliness of the trap area and clean any spilled grease if necessary.
• Provide customers with a receipt of service.
• Provide effective communication between customers and Action Wastewater Solution.
• Inspect grease trap buildup and hazards.
• Prepare for each service job to maximize efficiency (e.g., get truck ready, gather tools).
• Drive truck to and from job sites, following all traffic laws.
• Remove grease buildup from commercial kitchen grease traps.
• Maintain full responsibility for the company vehicle, including cleanliness, pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections, and daily vehicle condition reports.
• Operate under all company safety standards.
• Maintain excellent customer service relations, providing prompt and courteous service.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

• Minimum age 21 years.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Class A/B CDL license with tanker endorsement.
• Ability to drive a manual transmission.
• Strong teamwork skills with internal staff and external customers.
• Availability for flexible hours, including weekends, nights, and emergency call outs.

Work requires walking, standing, sitting, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crawling, and crouching. Occasionally push, pull, or lift up to 100 lbs. Frequently lift, push, pull, or carry up to 50 lbs. Regularly reach with hands and arms.
