Job Summary

Med Trans is Medline's private fleet of professional drivers that delivers lifesaving medical products directly to commercial and residential customers. Our fleet consists of 1,900+ trucks with newer equipment, and we manage over 50 distribution centers nationwide, providing same‑day shipping to 95% of the United States.

• Load and secure product from the Medline Facility into a truck.
• Safely operate a Class A vehicle between the Medline Facility and multiple customer destinations on a delivery route.
• Abide by Medline’s safety regulations, including wearing required safety equipment and performing safety checks.
• Unload and deliver product at customer facilities, ensuring timely deliveries.
• Provide in‑person support to customers, addressing questions, needs, and providing necessary documentation upon delivery.
• Communicate with the dispatching team about adjustments to routes or schedules to meet customer needs and maintain safe operations.
• Maintain a travel and cargo log in accordance with Federal and State regulations and company policy.
• Inspect the vehicle to ensure safe operation and sufficient fuel levels for continued use.

Minimum 2 years of tractor‑trailer driving experience with a Class A CDL; licensed to operate the assigned vehicle. Must meet all Federal and State requirements for operating commercial motor vehicles and have a clean driving record with no serious violations.

The anticipated salary range for this position is $26.75 – $38.75 per hour. Actual salary will vary based on applicant’s location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
