Adventure Tours is hiring CDL Shuttle Bus Operators to operate established Washington, D.C.

routes under federal government contracts
. You'll be part of a professional transportation

This is steady, year-round work with a Monday-Friday schedule
, giving you consistency and predictability in your workweek.
Occasional weekend coverage may be required based on route and business needs.

Shifts are assigned according to business and route needs, so flexibility is required. Most routes run on weekdays, with occasional weekend coverage.

• Operate minibuses safely along scheduled Washington, D.C. routes
• Provide courteous, professional service to passengers
• Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections
• Keep accurate logs of trips, incidents, and passenger records
• Communicate with dispatch and respond to delays or issues
• Assist passengers during boarding/de-boarding and address inquiries
• Attend regular safety meetings and follow all regulations

• CDL-B with Passenger Endorsement
• Valid DOT Medical Card
• 2+ years of commercial driving experience (minibus preferred)
• Clean driving record
• Ability to pass a federal background check
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
