Position OverviewPaladin Envirotech is looking for a motivated, dependable, and safety-focused Warehouse Associate/Forklift Operator & Box Truck Driver to join our growing team. This is a hands-on role that combines warehouse operations with local delivery and pickup responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Approximately 60–70% of your time will be spent working in the warehouse
, assisting with shipping, receiving, inventory management, equipment processing, and material handling.
Forklift Certification is required.
The remaining 30–40% will involve driving a company box truck to complete local customer deliveries and pickups. Every day offers variety, teamwork, and the opportunity to play an essential role in delivering exceptional service to our customers.
- Safely operate company box trucks for scheduled local deliveries and customer pickups while complying with all traffic laws and company safety policies. (30–40%)
- Load, unload, and transport equipment using forklifts, pallet jacks, and safe manual lifting techniques.
- Perform warehouse duties including receiving, staging, sorting, organizing, and processing inbound and outbound shipments. (60–70%)
- Assist with inventory control, cycle counts, and maintaining accurate shipping and receiving records.
- Secure cargo properly to ensure safe transportation and prevent damage during transit.
- Follow assigned delivery routes and schedules to ensure timely and professional customer service.
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members to coordinate deliveries, pickups, and resolve issues as needed.
- Conduct routine pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance concerns promptly.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse and work environment.
- Support other warehouse and logistics functions as business needs require.
- Previous experience operating a commercial box truck or similar delivery vehicle.
- Warehouse experience including shipping and receiving, inventory management, material handling, and heavy lifting.
- Must be highly proficient operating forklifts, pallet jacks, or other warehouse equipment.
Forklift Certification required. - Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to be proactive and work independently while contributing to a team-oriented environment.
- Knowledge of safe cargo handling, vehicle inspections, and transportation best practices.
- Familiarity with local delivery routes and courier operations is an asset.
- Ability to regularly lift up to 50 lbs. (or more with assistance) and perform physically demanding work throughout the day.
- Strong attention to detail, reliability, and commitment to workplace safety.
- Previous experience as a Team Lead or in a leadership role is a plus.
