Job Title: Warehouse Dock Lumper
Department: Warehouse - Days
Location: FoodPRO (Frederick, MD)
Reports To: Warehouse Manager
Pay: $18/hr
SummaryThe day warehouse employee assists receivers on the dock and lumps product. The warehouse dock lumper is responsible for performing routine tasks on the receiving dock such as: breaking down product on pallets; building pallets with product and separating products by dates and codes; perform general cleaning; general warehouse tasks.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities- Assist receivers on the dock and lump product
- Breaking down product and moving it to stocking areas
- Using company equipment to properly lift and store product
- Transport product to stocking area using company equipment
- Maintain a clean work area
- Scrubbing and cleaning the warehouse floors using the company’s floor scrubber machine
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Ability to understand and follow directions
- Strong work skills and detail for task performing
- Applicable candidates must pass pre-employment drug screening
- Prior experience in a warehouse is a plus.
- Electric Pallet Jack or Rider experience a plus
- Forklift experience is a plus.
- Must be able to lift 80 lbs.
- Must be able to squat, bend, and twist
- Must be able to keep up with a fast-paced environment
High School Diploma/ GED
Work EnvironmentWarehouse:
Dry, Refrigerated, and Frozen areas
Mid-Shift, Monday-Friday; 6:00am~2:30pm
